Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive with 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end hiring while also handling day-to-day employee operations and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities-
Recruitment & Hiring
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview rounds.
• Manage interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
