Lead – Applied AI, Data Science & Intelligent Experiences

About the opportunity
• We are looking for an AI/Data Science leader who can identify high-value problems and turn emerging AI capabilities into products that create measurable impact. This role sits at the intersection of AI, data, product and business. You will work on problems involving customer intelligence, personalization, search, recommendations and AI-powered decision making, while exploring how Generative AI and Agentic AI can transform digital products and workflows.

What you'll work on
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/GenAI use cases
• Lead development of AI-powered products and intelligent experiences
• Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI to real-world business problems
• Build strategies around personalization, recommendations and user intent
• Take AI initiatives from concept and experimentation to production
• Define experimentation and evaluation frameworks for AI products
• Guide teams on effective adoption of LLMs and emerging AI technologies
• Evaluate new AI models, architectures and technologies




• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
• Mentor engineers and data scientists and establish scalable AI practices

What we're looking for
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Applied AI or related fields
• Experience leading AI/Data Science initiatives from problem definition to production
• Strong understanding of machine learning and up-to-date AI architectures
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based applications
• Experience with personalization, recommendations, search, customer analytics or similar domains
• Ability to connect technical possibilities with business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams
