Role Description The Senior AI Agent Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI agents and related systems for client-facing and internal applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping AI-driven solutions, developing and integrating models for tasks such as automation and intelligent assistance, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.



The role involves writing clean, maintainable code, evaluating performance of AI agents, and iterating on architectures to improve reliability, accuracy, and user experience. This is a part-time remote role, requiring effective communication, self-management, and the ability to work across time zones when needed.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience designing and implementing production-grade systems.
• Expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including hands-on experience training, evaluating, and deploying models.
• Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for building conversational agents, text analysis tools, or language-based automation.
