Key Responsibilities• Support operations consulting and process improvement projects.
• Analyze production and operational processes and identify gaps.
• Implement 5S, Lean, Six Sigma & Kaizen initiatives.
• Prepare SOPs, process maps, dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate with client management and shop-floor teams.
• Support audits, project execution, and team coordination.
• Travel to client locations as required.

Requirements• Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, Operations, Process Improvement, or Consulting.
• Positive analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel.
