We're expanding our Pune team and looking for a Pre-Sales AV Specialist who can own the technical front end of the sales cycle — from client requirement discovery to demo, proposal, and solution design. This is not a support-desk role. You'll be the technical voice in the room when a client is deciding whether Arihant is the right partner for their AV investment.

Who this is NOT for
• If you've only ever followed a script for demos someone else built, this isn't for you.
• If you think of presales as ticket-closing rather than deal-winning,



this is the wrong role.
• If you're not comfortable explaining signal flow, room acoustics, or a BOQ to a client who's never heard those terms, you'll struggle here.
• If you need every solution pre-packaged before you walk into a client meeting, you won't have the range this role demands.

What you're getting into
• Own the technical presales journey — requirement gathering, solution design, demos, and proposal support — for video conferencing, professional displays, digital signage, automation, direct view LED, and audio systems.
• Design and present AV solutions tailored to client requirements, working closely with the sales team to convert opportunities.
• Configure and run live demos and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients, ensuring the equipment and setup reflect what's actually being proposed.
