Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Operations team and support our sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Handle skilled email communication and follow-ups
• Assist with tender documentation and proposal preparation
• Prepare quotations and business proposals with the sales & technical teams
• Maintain customer, sales, and documentation records
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team
What We’re Looking For:
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong email drafting and documentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
