Roles and Responsibilities:
Engineering Strategy & Platform Leadership
• Define and execute the software engineering roadmap aligned with product and business priorities.
• Own architectural direction and technical standards across services, platforms, and applications.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and agent-based frameworks.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including cloud-native design, microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first development.
• Balance innovation with scalability, performance, security, and operational stability.

Execution & Delivery Excellence
• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple software engineering teams and pods.
• Establish predictable delivery models through solid planning, capacity management, and dependency tracking.




• Design and scale agent-based development workflows (multi-agent orchestration for design, coding, testing, and PR preparation).
• Ensure production readiness, SLAs, incident management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Partner with Architecture and DevOps teams to improve CI/CD, observability, reliability, and deployment maturity.

Quality, Security & Compliance
• Champion engineering quality, code standards, and design best practices across teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare technology.
• Drive engineering accountability for performance, scalability, availability, and cost optimization.

People Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead and scale a large, multi-team Software Engineering organization.
• Manage and develop Senior Managers, Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior engineers.
• Own hiring strategy, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and
