*About the project*
We're a startup building a booking marketplace web app with customer, service provider and admin roles, plus online payments. Before we scale, we need a careful tester to check that everything works end to end and to find what's broken.

*What you'll do*
- Test the full user flows: sign-up and login, profile setup, search and filters, booking, payment, chat and reviews
- Test the admin panel: user and provider approvals, bookings, payouts, reports and permissions
- Check the backend: API responses, data accuracy, error handling, and that data saved in one place shows correctly in others
- Test on different browsers, devices and screen sizes
- Try to break things: wrong inputs, failed payments, cancellations, double bookings, role-based access
- Report each bug clearly, with steps to reproduce, screenshots or screen recordings, and severity
- Re-test fixes and confirm they work

*What we're looking for*
- 2+ years of manual QA or web testing experience
- Experience writing clear bug reports (Jira, Trello,



Notion or Google Sheets)
- Working knowledge of browser dev tools and API testing tools such as Postman
- Basic understanding of how frontend, backend and databases connect
- Attention to detail and clear written English

*Nice to have*
- Experience testing payment flows (UPI, cards) or marketplace apps
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with test case writing and regression testing

*Deliverables*
- A test plan or checklist covering all flows
- A prioritised bug report (critical, major, minor)
- A short summary report at the end, plus one round of re-testing

*Engagement*
- Project-based freelance work, [duration, e.g. 3 to 4 weeks]
