We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer who can take ownership of product quality across our platform and help us ship reliable software at speed.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end QA across SrotasIQ's web applications, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, regression suites, and release validation.
• Test complex clinical workflows including patient recruitment, screening, scheduling, communications, and recruitment management.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, API, cross-browser, and exploratory testing.




• Validate APIs and backend workflows using tools such as Postman or equivalent.
• Test integrations with external systems including EHRs, CTMS platforms, calendars, SMS, email, and voice services.
• Validate AI-powered workflows and identify edge cases where model behaviour or workflow orchestration produces unexpected results.
• Reproduce, document, prioritize, and track defects with explicit evidence and steps to reproduce.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams throughout development and release cycles.
• Build and maintain automated tests for critical product workflows.
• Help establish stronger QA processes, release criteria, regression coverage, and quality metrics as the platform scales.
• Take ownership of production issues, perform root-cause analysis with engineering teams, and ensure appropriate regression coverage is added.
