Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, client engagement, property presentations, and closing high-value real estate transactions.





Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, building long-term relationships with clients, coordinating property visits, and ensuring a high-quality, consultative buying experience. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and developer partners to access inventory, negotiate deals, track market trends, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. The Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and brand positioning.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in real estate sales or consultative selling in high-value segments, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
• Good understanding of local real estate
