Job Profile: CRM Executive (Telesales)
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to generate
sales through outbound calling and handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced workplace.
The candidate will be responsible for influencing potential customers to purchase our products.

This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build their career in sales.
Responsibilities
• Call potential customers using provided leads.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.




• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
• Either completed graduation or pursuing final year/semester (BBA, B.Com, B.Pharma,
MBA).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Eager to work in a sales profile.
• Basic knowledge or understanding of sales concepts preferred.
