About the RoleDreamtime Learning is looking for a results-driven School Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our school in Pune.
The role will have a solid focus on offline marketing, local school visibility, community engagement, events, partnerships, lead generation, and admissions growth. The ideal candidate should understand the school/education ecosystem and have hands-on experience in executing marketing activities that directly contribute to student enquiries and enrolments.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Pune.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute the school's annual and monthly marketing plan aligned with admission targets.
• Drive offline marketing activities to increase school visibility and generate qualified admission enquiries.
• Plan and execute school events, open houses,



workshops, seminars, parent engagement activities, exhibitions, and community events.
• Identify and execute local BTL activities, residential community activations, mall activations, outdoor promotions, print campaigns, hoardings, flyers, brochures, and other local campaigns.
• Build relationships with residential communities, corporates, local businesses, activity centres, preschools, educational institutions, and community organizations to generate leads and improve brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to convert marketing-generated enquiries into school visits, applications, and enrolments.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), social media, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
• Support SEO, website content, landing pages, and online visibility initiatives.
