As we build our brand and marketing capability in-house, we are hiring a team to own how both brands show up across every channel.
Role Overview
The Brand Manager owns and drives the brand, content and communication strategy across Magic Billion, MBGSA and founder/leadership channels. This person is the internal custodian of both brands, translating business priorities into campaigns, calendars and high-quality content, and ensuring a consistent, credible presence across social, website, newsletters, search and leadership platforms.




This is a hands-on role that moves between strategy and execution: setting the monthly/quarterly brand plan in one meeting, reviewing a campaign creative with the Designer in the next, and shaping founders’ LinkedIn post after that. As the in-house function grows, the Brand Manager coordinates the content and creative team and steers the specialists (SEO/GEO/Web) toward one brand narrative.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Own and continuously strengthen the positioning of Magic Billion and MBGSA; maintain brand
purpose, tone of voice, messaging hierarchy and communication principles.
• Ensure message and visual-identity consistency across all candidates, student, parent, employer, university, government and partner touchpoints.
• Translate organizational priorities into brand narratives and campaigns; run periodic competitor and category analysis to spot opportunities.
