Java Full Stack Developer
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent software engineering experience
• 3+ years of software engineering experience developing web applications
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• 2+ years of experience working with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
• 2+ years of experience designing, consuming, or integrating REST APIs and backend services
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL, including query writing, joins, indexing basics, and performance tuning
• 2+ years of experience using up-to-date development tools such as npm, Maven/Gradle, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build/deployment tooling
• 1+ year of experience with React component-based architecture, form handling, state management, client-side performance optimization,



or UI validation
• 1+ year of experience deploying or supporting applications in Azure App Service or similar cloud-hosted application environments
• 1+ year of experience leveraging AI coding assistants or code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot or Codex in daily software development tasks
• Experience with Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, or role-based access control
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks
• Experience with secure coding practices, dependency scanning, and vulnerability remediation
• Experience integrating Power BI reports or dashboards into React applications using Power BI Embedded, secure authentication, and role-based access controls is a plus
• Experience working with embedded analytics, report filters, and user-specific data views in enterprise web applications is a plus
