Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership for JK Business School’s academic and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with the institute’s vision and long-term goals. In this full-time,



in office role based in Gurugram, the Director will oversee program development, curriculum enhancement, and quality assurance across postgraduate and undergraduate management programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading faculty teams, fostering industry and academic partnerships, supervising admissions and student affairs, and promoting research, innovation, and outcome-based learning. The Director will manage budgets and resources, drive accreditation and regulatory compliance, and support marketing, outreach, and branding initiatives to strengthen the institute’s standing. Additionally, the role involves mentoring senior staff, cultivating an inclusive and ethical institutional culture, and engaging with stakeholders, including students, alumni, industry partners, and governing bodies.
