Position: App Sales Manager – App Growth & Partnerships

We are looking for an App Sales Manager who can take ownership of app user acquisition, partnerships, sales channels, and business growth.
This is a hands-on sales and business development role. You will be responsible for finding new partners and acquisition channels that can generate app installs, active users, paid subscriptions, and revenue.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing partnerships, launching campaigns, and tracking results.

What You Will Do
1. Build Partnerships & Sales Channels• Identify and approach potential sales, marketing, affiliate, media, influencer, and business partners.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners.
• Pitch partnership opportunities and negotiate commercials.
• Develop partnership models such as CPI, CPA, revenue share, affiliate commissions, and sponsorships.




• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and continuously generate new opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve partnerships based on results.

2. Drive App User AcquisitionYour key objective will be to find new ways to bring users to the app.
You will explore and execute opportunities through:
• Affiliate Marketing
• Influencer Marketing
• Social Media
• Digital Advertising
• Corporate Partnerships
• Community Partnerships
• Content Partnerships
• Referral & Cross-Promotion
• Events & Offline Activations
• Outdoor/Traditional Media

You should be able to think beyond traditional marketing and identify new channels that can generate measurable user growth.
3. Drive Business & Revenue Growth• Develop initiatives to increase app installs, active users, paid subscriptions, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to promote the app through external businesses and communities.
• Work with internal tea
