Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (B1) Functional Consultant to handle end-to-end implementation, configuration, client coordination, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities• Manage SAP B1 implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and support.
• Understand client requirements, perform business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Configure SAP B1 modules based on business requirements.
• Work across Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Production/MRP, Banking, CRM and Fixed Assets.
• Handle data migration, testing, UAT, workflows and approvals.
• Coordinate with technical teams for reports, Crystal Reports, integrations, add-ons and customizations.
• Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
• Manage client communication, project documentation and implementation activities.





Required Skills• 8+ years of hands-on SAP Business One Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3–4 major SAP B1 modules, preferably Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Production/MRP.
• Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration and go-live.
• Valuable understanding of MS SQL / SAP HANA and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports, SAP B1 add-ons and integrations is preferred.
• Strong client-facing, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience handling end-to-end SAP B1 implementation projects independently.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Preferred• SAP Business One Certification.
• Experience with manufacturing, trading, distribution, retail or service industries.
• Exposure to SAP B1 on both SQL and HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP B1 SDK, DI API or Service Layer is an added advantage.
