Role Description The Home Healthcare Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Patna. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of home healthcare services, including coordination of care plans,



scheduling and supervising caregivers, and ensuring adherence to clinical and service quality standards. The Home Healthcare Manager will collaborate with medical professionals, patients, and families to assess needs, organize visits, and monitor outcomes. Responsibilities include managing documentation and reporting, optimizing resource utilization, addressing service issues, and supporting compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, staff training, and implementation of company initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
