Job Summary
Etown Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care & Support Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct customer verification calls to confirm registrations, bookings, subscriptions, and service completion.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution.
• Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Coordinate with Marketing Executives regarding customer follow-ups, lead status, service requests, and campaign updates.
• Prepare and maintain daily,



weekly, and monthly customer support reports, verification reports, and call logs.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the company's CRM or internal systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services.
• Support the marketing and operations teams by sharing customer insights and identifying recurring issues.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and quality standards.
• Assist in improving customer experience by providing suggestions based on customer feedback.
• Perform other customer support and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
