Role Description This is a full-time, in office Area Sales Manager role based in Gwalior chambal division. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations and distribution within the assigned territory, ensuring availability and visibility of TOP ’N TOWN products across retail outlets, parlours, and pushcarts. Responsibilities include managing and guiding the sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, developing route plans, and monitoring market performance. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key retailers, executing promotions, and gathering market feedback on products, pricing, and competitor activity. The Area Sales Manager will also analyze sales data, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth, improve service levels, and support brand standards at every point of sale.
