Role Description The Front Desk Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors, responding to inquiries, and offering a professional first point of contact for customers in the showroom. Daily responsibilities include managing reception operations, answering phone calls and messages, coordinating customer appointments and test drives,



and maintaining accurate records of visitor and customer details. The role also involves supporting the sales team with basic administrative tasks, preparing customer documents, and ensuring that the front desk and waiting area are organized and presentable. The consultant is expected to uphold high standards of customer service, handle queries with clarity and respect, and collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
