Role Description General Manager – Finance
The General Manager – Finance holds complete accountability for the financial health of the Company. The incumbent will own financial planning and analysis, implement and maintain robust internal controls, stat compliance, cash flow management, multi-branch P&L; oversight, and principal billing — while leading a team of finance executives across branches. The role will provide leadership to the finance and accounting team, develop policies and processes for scalable growth,



and support senior management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

This role demands a seasoned CA with strong operational grounding in FMCG distribution economics, a sharp eye on financial controls, and the capability to respond to the Board, Auditors, and banking partners with confidence.

Role Description
▸ Lead end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) — annual budgeting, monthly P&L; reviews, rolling forecasts, and branch-wise variance analysis.
▸ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
▸ Manage company-wide working capital, cash flow planning, and banking relationships — ensuring optimal liquidity to sustain multi-branch distribution and warehouse operations.
▸ Oversee full statutory compliance including GST filings, TDS deductions, PF/ESIC contributions, and compliance across all branch locations.
