Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and commercially minded Chief of Staff – Director’s Office to operate as the central force multiplier to our Director.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategic planning, executive office operations, and enterprise business expansion. You will balance executive calendar governance, internal action-item tracking, and high-stakes documentation with active involvement in enterprise pipeline growth, pitch collateral,



and on-the-ground client drives across India.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Operations & Director’s Office Governance
Executive Priority Management: Triage communications, manage the Director’s daily agenda, screen inbound priorities, and maintain a seamless executive schedule.

Meeting Preparation & Action Tracking: Build briefing packs for high-stakes calls, document structured Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and run follow-through mechanisms to ensure internal deadlines are met.

Corporate Documentation: Draft formal business proposals, client agreements, scope-of-work (SOW) documents, and confidential correspondence with precision and absolute discretion.

2. Enterprise Growth & Pipeline Enablement
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain clean records of enterprise leads, prospect touchpoints, and staffing opportunities in the CRM.

Pitch Deck & Proposal Creation: Partner with the Director to build compellin
