Role Description:
We're hiring a Performance Marketer / Ads Expert to take ownership of 18startup's paid acquisition and lead generation.

You'll be responsible for planning, running, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and continuously bring down acquisition costs.

What You'll Own

Paid Advertising
• Plan, launch,



and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize for leads, conversions, and CAC
• Test different audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign structures
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them effectively
• Run retargeting campaigns and improve conversion rates
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other key metrics
• Work on the content and design to develop high-performing ad creatives

What We're Looking For
You must have:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
• Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets
• A data-driven approach to campaign optimization

Bonus if you have:
• Experience in startups in EdTech
• Experience working with high-volume lead generation campaigns
• Experience working closely with sales teams
