At Aramya, we’re building customer-loved fashion and lifestyle brands, and we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team.
? Location: Gurgaon
What we’re looking for:
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Chat Support
• Strong written English communication skills
• Positive typing speed and accuracy (30–40 WPM preferred)
• Experience with chat support tools like Freshdesk / Freshchat and CRM systems
• Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and provide effective resolutions
Key responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up proactively
• Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
?️ 6-day working week with roster-based week-offs.
