Role Description
You will help small-business owners adopt Scalio, resolve issues and make confident purchase decisions across calls and messages. This is an entirely customer-facing role combining support, relationship management and commercial thinking.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably across customer success, support or sales, with robust Hindi and English communication. Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi or other Indian languages are valuable additions.
