Role Description The Service Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role oversees day-to-day service operations for automated vehicle wash systems, ensuring timely installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer locations.



The Service Team Lead will coordinate and guide service technicians, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This position includes direct interaction with customers to address service requests, manage escalations, and maintain strong relationships through clear communication and follow-up. The role also involves documenting service activities, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
