Squared Circle Ecom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Social Media & Content Executive with strong hands-on experience in social media management, content writing and digital content creation.
The ideal candidate should be creative, digitally savvy and comfortable managing social media for multiple brands across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok.
The role requires someone who can think beyond simply posting content — someone who can understand a brand, identify what its audience wants to see, develop strong content ideas, write compelling copy and use data and AI tools to continuously improve content performance.
You will work closely with clients, designers, video teams, performance marketers and other internal teams to develop and execute effective social media and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Manage end-to-end social media calendars, including content planning, coordination,



scheduling and publishing.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies based on audience behaviour and platform trends.
• Identify trending topics, formats, sounds, conversations and content opportunities relevant to each brand.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages and relevant conversations.
• Track social media performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and follower growth.

2. Content Writing, SEO, AEO & GEO Content Strategy
• Write engaging, platform-specific copy for social media posts, reels, carousels, TikToks, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Develop strong hooks, captions, headlines, CTAs, and campaign messaging.
• Adapt writing style and tone of voice based on different brands, audiences, and platforms.
• Develop content concepts and creative briefs for designers and video editors.
