Role Overview




We are hiring an Amazon PPC & Account Management Executive to join our in-house marketplace growth team. This role owns end-to-end Amazon performance — advertising execution (PPC) plus day-to-day account management — and works closely with category, supply chain and brand teams to drive sustainable growth on Amazon.
This is a hands-on execution role with clear ownership, focused on scaling ad spend and revenue while maintaining strong profitability. We are looking for a candidate who is scalable: able to take on more ad spend, more SKUs and more account complexity as the business grows, without the role needing to be redefined each time.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the Amazon PPC strategy in-house across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display & DSP ads
• Manage and optimize ₹50L–₹60L+ monthly Amazon ad budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and scale
• Track and improve key performance metrics including ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR &
