Role Description This is a full time, on-site General Surgeon role based at Healing Hands Clinic in the Mohali . The General Surgeon will perform surgical assessments, plan and carry out operative procedures related to conditions such as hernia, piles, and other gastrointestinal and lifestyle-related disorders.



Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-operative evaluations, obtaining informed consent, performing surgeries, and managing post-operative follow-up and complications. The surgeon will collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams, participate in case discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of surgical protocols and patient outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical governance and safety standards, and providing clear, empathetic communication to patients and families.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong core clinical skills in Medicine and Surgery, with experience in general and gastrointestinal surgical procedures.
