Business Development Executive – IT Services & AI SolutionsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–4 years of experience in IT Services Sales, ERP Sales, and Software Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business, managing the complete sales cycle, building client relationships, and selling technology solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting solutions such as ERP, software development, mobile applications, web applications, Salesforce services, and AI automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate current business opportunities for IT services and technology solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, outbound prospecting, email campaigns, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Promote and sell IT Services, ERP Solutions, Software Solutions, Salesforce Services, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and AI Solutions.




• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
• Understand client requirements, business challenges, and technology needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings and effectively communicate the value of technology solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Identify market trends, customer requirements, and new business opportunities.
