Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator (POC) to support project governance, financial operations, and cross-functional coordination activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project tracking, financial reconciliation, reporting accuracy, and adherence to PMO processes while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

This is a full time, Hybrid role in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project governance activities and ensure compliance with PMO processes and standards
• Track project progress, maintain project documentation, and provide status reporting
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Assist in financial reconciliation, budget tracking, and operational reporting activities
• Maintain and update project management tools such as Planview and JIRA
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and Power BI
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where necessary
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across project and financial records
• Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies and time zones
