We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller who is confident in handling customers, following up with leads and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls
• Follow up with interested leads regularly
• Explain products/services clearly to customers
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Convert potential leads into customers
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
Requirements:
• Prior experience in Telecalling / Telesales is mandatory




• Solid communication and convincing skills
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and sales-focused
• Tamil communication is essential
• Basic English communication required
• Must be available to work from the Chennai office
