What You Will Own
1. Talent Hunting
● Source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, Indeed, Instagram, referrals, WhatsApp communities and other channels.
● Build candidate pipelines for multiple departments simultaneously. ● Find college talent and new-age talent.
● Develop unconventional sourcing methods instead of depending only on job portals.
