• To assist in preparation of project brief.
• To assist in preparation of architectural documents and presentations.
• Coordinate with all Design Consultants and ensure timely delivery.
• To assist in monitoring all statutory design compliances.
• To follow all Design Development Schedule and deliverables.
• To assist in resolution of RFI from site.
• To assist in proof reading of design drawings for missing information and errors.
• To provide required documentation for the Municipal Architects.
• To assist in preparing sales plans and sales area statement.
• To assist in close coordination with different department such as Planning and Contracts, Finance, Sales and Marketing etc.
