Key Ownership Areas
• Lead the overall HR strategy across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D;, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment strategy, employer branding and talent pipeline development.
• Establish and strengthen KPI-based Performance Management, competency frameworks, career paths and succession planning.
• Develop compensation structures,



salary benchmarking, increments, incentives and rewards.
• Build leadership capability and organization-wide learning & development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, retention and grievance management.
• Ensure HR policies, statutory compliance, governance and HRMIS are effectively managed.
• Partner with the leadership team on organization development, workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Track and improve key HR metrics including attrition, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, engagement, internal mobility and succession readiness.

Ideal Candidate:
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with significant experience in a HR leadership / HR Head / HRBP leadership role.
• Strong exposure to both strategic HR and hands-on execution.
• Proven experience in building or strengthening HR systems and processes.
