Role Description This is a full time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Property Consultant will guide prospective buyers and tenants through residential and commercial property options, providing detailed information on pricing, location, amenities, and legal aspects. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting property tours, negotiating terms,



and closing sales or rental transactions in line with company policies. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with developers, agents, and internal teams, and delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the real estate journey. The Property Consultant will also keep up-to-date with local market trends to offer informed advice and support business growth.
