Job description:
Sales & Marketing Intern
Caramelo Studio:
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to work on real sales conversations, outbound outreach, and marketing activities. You'll get hands-on experience with finding prospects, making calls, following up, creating content, and working towards sales targets.

Duration: 3–6 months, paid
Stipend: ₹15,000/month + incentives on achieving targets
Location: Bengaluru
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing or a related field
Your Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
• Reach out to prospects through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Follow up with leads and help move conversations forward.
• Understand prospect requirements and coordinate with the team for the next steps.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and keep lead information updated.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and earn incentives based on performance.
• Support content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other marketing channels.
• Research competitors, industries, and trends to support sales and marketing activities.
