As we continue to scale our business, we are strengthening our Sales Commercial function to build a robust, process-driven, and data-oriented commercial operation supporting our Sales, Distribution, Finance, Warehouse, and Dispatch functions.

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Executive – Sales Commercial who can independently manage and control the day-to-day commercial operations associated with Sales and General Trade business.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Sales Order Management, Distributor/Dealer Coordination, Invoicing, Dispatch Coordination, Sales MIS,



Commercial Documentation, Claims/Returns, and Sales Commercial reconciliation, preferably within FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care or a similar high-volume consumer products environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Order Management• Manage the complete lifecycle of sales orders received from distributors, dealers, sales teams and other business channels.
• Receive, verify, process and monitor sales orders in the ERP/SAP system.
• Validate customer master, product/SKU, quantity, pricing, schemes, discounts and applicable commercial terms before order processing.
• Ensure orders are processed within defined TAT and commercial controls.
• Monitor pending, partially processed, blocked and cancelled orders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch and Finance teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Ensure there is no unnecessary order backlog due to commercial/process-related delays.
