MECWEAR INDIA is looking for experienced Mechanical Sales Engineers to join our growing sales team in:
Hyderabad, Telangana
Gujarat
Position: Mechanical Sales Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry Experience: Welding and Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable welding and wear protection solutions.
• Promote MECWEAR products including Welding Electrodes, Welding Wires, Wear Plates, and Thermal Spray Solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert opportunities into orders.
• Develop business with customers across industrial sectors.




• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to provide effective customer solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical sales.
• Previous experience in welding products and applications is required.
• Strong understanding of welding, fabrication, wear protection, or industrial equipment.
• Experience dealing with industrial customers is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Robust sales orientation and ability to develop new business.
