Account Manager Role
Foster client relationships. Prepare presentations and sales pitches; design marketing strategies and media proposals; handle client communications and write client reports; and communicate client agendas to other staff members.

Monitoring budgets, spending and revenue, and explaining cost factors to clients. Identifying potential business opportunities with existing and new clients, as well as upselling and cross-selling services.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication,



administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities
· Responsible for managing portfolio of customers, develop recent business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
· Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations.
· Preparing estimates and proposals
· Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders.
· Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests.
· Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients.
