Role Description The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and quantity-related activities for construction and engineering projects. This full time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project costs, and supporting budget development. The role includes preparing cost estimates, tracking variations, coordinating with project managers and engineers,



and ensuring accurate cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support contract administration, assist in tender evaluations, and provide regular commercial and financial updates to stakeholders to ensure projects remain within agreed budgets and timelines.
