Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented OJT Program Associate to manage academic data operations and support the seamless execution of our On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. You will work closely with Batch Managers, mentors, and academic teams to ensure accurate reporting, timely evaluations, dashboard management, and learner tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance tracking, mentor feedback, and LMS monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain weekly academic reports, evaluation data, and OJT progress dashboards.
• Support CWA, viva, mid-semester, and end-semester evaluation processes.
• Maintain data accuracy across dashboards, reports,



and academic records.
• Coordinate with Batch Managers, mentors, and internal stakeholders for smooth program execution.
• Identify at-risk learners and support timely interventions.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Academic Operations, Program Operations, Student Success, or EdTech is preferred.
• Robust proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, LMS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
