• B.E./ B.Tech. (Chemical) + MBA from a reputed institute with 10-13 years

Key Responsibilities
(indicative not exhaustive)
Business Case Development & Analysis
• Identify new product and project opportunities based on market intelligence and internal capabilities, in line with the business's growth objectives.
• Build robust business cases and financial models, validating key assumptions (market size, pricing, costs, capex, ramp-up) with inputs from customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Engage with business, R&D;, operations and commercial stakeholders to gather accurate information and translate it into clear insights.
• Analyze organizational and industry data, trade and export-import flows, and competitor and pricing trends to derive conclusions and recommendations.
• Prepare decision-ready documentation and presentations for the Head – Strategy, CEO and leadership team.





Margin & Portfolio Initiatives
• Drive assigned margin-improvement initiatives, such as strategic sourcing, by-product valorization, grade and product-mix upgrading, and new applications, from analysis through implementation tracking.
• Support raw material outlooks and price forecasting for key inputs.
• Partner with procurement to evaluate alternate vendors, suppliers and materials for an optimized cost position.
• Support the design of recent business and operating models, including service-led and contract-manufacturing approaches for select businesses.

Speed to Market & Market Establishment
• Take assigned new products from opportunity assessment through market evaluation, financial evaluation and commercialization, ensuring progress against defined timelines.
• Work with marketing on segmentation, product definition, positioning and pricing strategy to win in the marketplace.
