We turn the signals generated across every customer interaction into trusted data, meaningful insight and better business decisions. The CCA Data Pillar provides the enterprise data foundations, data products, analytics, reporting and AI enablement that help the business understand customer journeys, measure operational performance and identify where action will create the greatest value.

As CCA modernizes its contact center platforms, expands digital channels and adopts AI-enabled experiences,

our role becomes even more critical. We connect data across platforms and lines of business, improve its quality and accessibility, and create a dependable source of truth for operational and customer insight. If the business needs to understand what is happening, why it is happening and what to do next, the Data Pillar makes that possible.

Our purpose: make trusted data easy to find, understand and use, so CCA can improve customer outcomes, operational performance and the value delivered by AI.

The Product Manager is responsible for translating business priorities, customer needs and Data Pillar objectives into a clear, prioritized and delivery-ready backlog. Working closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, Operations and business stakeholders, the role ensures Agile teams understand the problem to solve, the value expected and the acceptance criteria for success.
