Purpose
We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Renewals and Inside Sales Support team. As a Renewals & Inside Sales Specialist within NetApp's Sales organization, you will play a key role in driving customer retention, revenue growth, and sales productivity by supporting renewal opportunities and broader sales motions.
The role combines renewal quote management with proactive sales support activities, including engagement with Renewal Sales (RS), channel partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive deal progression and customer success. You will leverage sales, commercial, and technical knowledge to analyze pricing, validate configurations, prepare competitive proposals,



and ensure seamless end-to-end deal enablement.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate, timely, and competitive renewal and sales quotations for customers and partners.
* Partner closely with Renewal Sales Representatives (RS), Account Teams, Channel Partners, and Distributors to support deal progression and revenue attainment.
* Analyze pricing, discount structures, and commercial terms to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
* Review and validate product configurations, support contracts, and entitlement structures to ensure quote accuracy.
* Provide end-to-end deal enablement support, from opportunity identification through quote generation, approval coordination, and order readiness.
* Assist sales teams with chance management, forecasting support, and renewal pipeline activities.
