Role Description The CRM Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The individual in this role will manage and optimize customer relationships using CRM tools, track leads and sales pipelines, and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data. Responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities,



and coordinating with marketing and operations to support promotional campaigns and order fulfillment. The role involves preparing sales reports and performance dashboards, following up on inquiries, and contributing to customer retention strategies. The CRM Sales professional will also collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications

• Robust CRM proficiency, including managing customer data, tracking interactions, and using CRM dashboards to support sales decisions.
• Sales and account management experience with skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term customer engagement.
