About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *Senior Finance Manager* to lead the finance and accounting function and support the company’s financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business decision-making.

This role will have robust ownership of *financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, audits, and financial controls*.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing end-to-end finance and accounting functions, with the ability to work closely with the leadership team and provide actionable financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities





*Financial Management & Reporting*

* Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance.
* Provide financial insights and analysis to the leadership team for business decisions.
* Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts.

*Accounting & Controls*

* Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
* Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial transactions.
* Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes.
* Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
