Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our organization.





Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain products/services and answer customer queries
Generate leads and close sales over the phone
Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets
Record call details and maintain daily call reports
Transfer qualified leads to the sales team

Requirements:
Minimum HSC / Graduate Good communication skills in Hindi & English 2-5 years of experience in Tele calling / Tele sales / BPO Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
