Founder’s Office — Special Projects
We’re building a new brand across design-led home and lifestyle products, and looking for someone to work directly with the founder to bring it to life.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership—from finding manufacturers and developing products to building the supply chain, recruiting the team and getting ready for launch.
What you’ll work on
• Product development and sourcing: Research products, identify manufacturers, coordinate samples and work with designers to take concepts into production.
• Supply chain: Compare costs, negotiate MOQs and timelines, and coordinate quality checks, packaging and logistics.
• Recruitment: Find and hire the people, freelancers and specialist partners we need to build the brand.
• Launch execution: Own project timelines, track dependencies and solve problems before they hold up the launch.

Take on new business priorities, research the options and turn decisions into action.

Who we’re looking for
Someone resourceful, organised and commercially sharp, with strong follow-through. You should be comfortable starting with an open-ended brief, figuring out what needs to happen and seeing it through.
Experience in consumer brands, sourcing, operations, product development or an early-stage startup would be practical. An interest in design and consumer products matters too.
You’ll work closely with the founder, have room to make decisions and see your work turn into actual products and a functioning business.
